Everything you need to know about your event at the Schmiede
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for popular dates and weekends. For large events or peak season, earlier booking is advisable. You can check real-time availability on our booking page.
Our packages include room rental, basic technical equipment (projector, screen, flipchart), WiFi, and parking. Catering, additional equipment, and special services can be added during the booking process. Each package page shows exactly what's included.
Absolutely! We offer free guided tours of all our spaces by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit and we'll show you the Seminarraum, Gartenhaus, Werkstatt, and Weinkeller so you can find the perfect space for your event.
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before your event. Cancellations between 7-14 days before the event incur a 50% charge. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are charged in full. Rescheduling to a different date is possible subject to availability.
Schmiede Ottikon is located in Gossau ZH and easily accessible by car and public transport. Free parking is available on-site. By public transport, take the S-Bahn to Gossau ZH and it's a short walk. Detailed directions are sent with your booking confirmation.
