General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services of Schmiede Ottikon, operated by Silvers Group GmbH, Gossau ZH, Switzerland. By booking a space or package, the customer acknowledges these terms.

2. Booking and Contract

Bookings can be made online through our website, by email, or by phone. The contract is established upon written booking confirmation by Schmiede Ottikon. Provisional bookings are valid for 72 hours and are automatically cancelled without confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Payment is due by invoice within 14 days or by credit card. For events exceeding CHF 5,000, a 50% deposit may be required.

4. Use of Premises

Booked spaces must be used exclusively for the agreed purpose. The customer is responsible for proper use and is liable for any damage caused by them or their guests. Maximum capacity per room must be observed.

5. Liability

Schmiede Ottikon is not liable for damage to guests' personal belongings. Liability is limited to intentional and grossly negligent acts. Schmiede Ottikon assumes no liability for technical equipment brought by guests.

6. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Uster ZH. These terms may be amended at any time. The version valid at the time of booking applies.
